秋霞的故事
秋霞是一隻非常聰明的喵喵，在7月的某一個深夜，協會的理事在南投的一家民宿園區內看到秋霞到處趴趴走。原本不以為意，理事心想一定是民宿主人飼養的，於是跟貓咪打了聲招呼就開始走回房間準備休息。結果秋霞毫不猶豫的就跟了上來，很快速輕巧的走在旁邊，甚至還走進了理事的房間…理事心想可能是肚子餓了！但由於房間內實在沒有食物可以給貓咪吃，於是拿了一碗水給牠喝，喝了幾口後秋霞便開始探索房間內的所有物品，走來走去，還一直撒嬌討摸摸。
但親人的秋霞實在很瘦，根本就只剩下皮包骨！理事並決定先讓貓咪留在房間內直到早上，這樣白天的時候才可以拿些食物餵牠吃，並可向民宿詢問為何貓咪這麼瘦。
整晚秋霞只要有人在旁邊，就乖乖地不會喵喵叫，到了早上理事詢問了民宿工作人員是否是園區養的貓咪，人員表示不是的時候，理事心裡很掙扎，如果不是的話代表秋霞在附近山區找不到太多食物，因此才會如此瘦巴巴，如果不管她的話，萬一餓死怎麼辦！於是，秋霞就跟著理事回到了台北，在車上牠不吵也不鬧，只有乖乖地睡覺，感覺也累了好久。
到了醫院，秋霞很乖，抽血只有小掙扎，剪指甲也沒問題。醫生說秋霞輕微貧血、才3.15公斤、紅血球太低、需要加強營養、並還有疝氣、但沒有傳染病。
接下來，體重上升後，協會會安排秋霞的絕育手術以及處理疝氣。我們希望可以幫還是小朋友的秋霞，找到一個可以陪伴她、愛她的家庭，快與協會聯繫吧！

[Cute Kitten Up For Adoption] Autumn

Autumn is a very smart kitty. She was found by a board member of the TSPCA at a B&B in Nantou. In the middle of the night, Autumn followed our board member back to her room and kept meowing for food. As there was no food suitable for a cat, she was given some water and our board member decided to keep her in the room so that she could ask the B&B for some cat suitable food in the morning and ask if it was their cat- and if so why she was so skinny?
Throughout the night, Autumn rested and only meowed loudly when she was left alone in the room. She seemed to really enjoy people’s company. In the morning, the B&B said that Autumn was not theirs and was probably just a stray. Because she was all skin and bones, our board member decided to bring her back to Taipei for rehoming. During the car ride back, Autumn slept quietly, seemingly exhausted from her previous adventures.
At the vet’s, she behaved very well, but it was found that she is slightly anemic, is only 3.15kg, had a low rbc count, and has a hernia. After she gains some weight, TSPCA will have her desexed and have her hernia treated.
